多形擬桿菌(Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron)

簡介

  多形擬桿菌(Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron)屬于擬桿菌科(Bacteroidaceae)，厭氧革蘭陰性桿菌。

臨床相關性

      腸道、口腔、陰道、呼吸道菌群，臨床第二常見擬桿菌。作為益生菌用于臨床某些疾病輔助治療。偶見引起心內膜炎、菌血癥、傷口感染、慢性脊柱旁肌肉膿腫（chronic paravertebral muscle abscess）、腦膜炎、陰道穹窿膿腫（vaginal cuff ）、腹透病人腹膜炎等。

藥敏試驗

       瓊脂稀釋法（或肉湯稀釋法）檢測MIC, 實驗方法參考M11，受試抗生素及其折點可參考CLSI M100ED36 Table1&2當前抗生素敏感率統計數據請參考M100ED36相應附錄“anaerobe cuulative antibiogram"；KB法實驗方法及折點可參考EUCAST相應折點表。
