宋內氏志賀菌Ⅱ型(Shigella sonnei)

簡介

       宋內氏志賀菌Ⅱ型(Shigella sonnei)屬于腸桿菌科(Enterobacteriaceae)，革蘭陰性桿菌，兼性厭氧菌。

臨床相關性

       與大腸埃希菌基因編碼非常相似，有相同的結構和功能，1個血清型，主要引起細菌性痢疾。偶見引起菌血癥、血尿綜合征、呼吸道感染、膽囊炎、心肌炎、關節炎、陰道炎、腦膜炎、角膜炎、心包炎、腹膜炎等。
