戊糖片球菌(Pediococcus pentosaceus)

簡介

      戊糖片球菌(Pediococcus pentosaceus)屬于乳桿菌科(Lactobacillaceae)，革蘭陽性球菌、微需氧菌、觸酶陰性。

臨床相關性

      食品微生物，用于某些產品的發酵。偶見引起腹透病人腹膜炎、心內膜炎、敗血癥、尿道感染報道。治療一般采用達托霉素、喹諾酮類，對糖肽類天然耐藥。

藥敏試驗

      肉湯稀釋法（裂解馬血陽離子調節肉湯）檢測MIC，受試抗生素及其折點參考M45ED3 Table18;片球菌屬對萬古霉素天然耐藥，無需常規檢測；對來自無菌部位（如血液、深部組織、植入假體裝置），特別是免疫缺陷患者，需要藥敏試驗；嚴重感染如心內膜炎建議青霉素聯合慶大霉素治療。
