雞葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus gallinarum)

簡介

    雞葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus gallinarum)屬于葡萄球菌科(Staphylococcaceae)。革蘭陽性球菌、需氧、兼性厭氧。

臨床相關性

       分離自禽類，偶見引起菌血癥、創(chuàng)傷性眼內(nèi)炎、傷口感染等。

藥敏試驗

        KB法檢測藥敏紙片直徑，肉湯稀釋法或瓊脂稀釋法檢測MIC，受試抗生素及折點信息可參考M100ED35 Table2C（2025版）。分離自嚴重感染患者樣本的菌種如其苯唑西林MIC值介于1–2 μg/mL，建議完成mecA或PBP2相關檢測確認其是否為MRSCN.
